Description: Embracing self-love and authenticity is a powerful journey towards inner peace and fulfillment. In a world that often encourages conformity and hiding our true selves, it can be liberating to break free from those constraints and celebrate our uniqueness. By nurturing a deep connection with our inner being and loving ourselves unapologetically, we allow our true beauty and vibrancy to shine through. Returning to self-love is a powerful journey back to our genuine selves, where we embrace our uniqueness and worth. Engaging in activities that foster self-connection and self-compassion can be transformative. Let's embark on an exercise together to deepen your bond with your inner being, allowing you to love yourself fiercely.

What to bring: 

  • Color drawing utensils such as color pens, pencils, markers or crayons. If you dabble in art feel free to bring your own materials (i.e., watercolor paints, brush(es), watercolor paper, water, etc.)

  • Unlined paper to draw, write or paint.

  • A journal to write.

What you'll need:

  • A comfortable place to sit and fully relax your body.

  •  You are welcome to bring a blanket, candles, or items that can help deepen your relaxation and comfort.
