Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

Find balance in your mind and body with slow flow yoga. Asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), and meditation are used to create a soothing practice. This class will target flexibility and mental focus by connecting movement with breath. A combination of standing and seated postures offers participants the physical and energetic benefits yoga. This is an all levels class, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
Mindful Flow Yoga

An energetic class connecting breath and movement, asanas (postures) build upon each other to stretch and strengthen all sides of the body. Focusing on balance, alignment, breath technique, and openness, this is a practice in self- awareness, self-love and kindness. Participants are encouraged to explore and observe this physical practice by working in a space promoting growth with both exertion and ease.
