Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga

Find balance in your mind and body with slow flow yoga.  Asana (postures), pranayama (breath techniques), and meditation are used to create a soothing practice.  This class will target flexibility and mental focus by connecting movement with breath.  A combination of standing and seated postures offers participants the physical and energetic benefits yoga. This is an all levels class, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Register.
